Responsibilities Include Some Of The Following

1/ Investor Relations Management:

• Collect and analyze business unit financial and operational data for investor presentations.
• Prepare IR materials, including reports, presentations, news releases, and companies‘ materials for investors and industry meetings and events.
• Attend investor meetings, capture all points discussed and ensure follow-ups are dealt with in a timely manner.
• Conduct research and reports on industry and peer information and practices and perform comprehensive competitive analysis to support channel expansion, business development and forward-looking go-to-market initiatives

2/ Fundraising:

• Develop and implement a fundraising plan and responsible for completing the planned capital mobilization including the preparation of pre-marketing materials, investment pitch deck, offering memorandums, competitor information, and prospect pipelines.
• Participate in discussions and negotiations with potential and current investors.
• Prepare Due Diligence Questionnaires (DDQ) and Request for Proposal (RFP) responses.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders across the business (product, tech, finance, legal) to complete the due diligence and investment process.

Your Skills and Experience 

• Bachelor‘s degree in Finance & Banking, Investment, Business Administration, and Economics.
• 3+ years of experience in investor relations/investment banking/management consulting
• Managing investor relations at a technology company is preferred
• Excellent analytical skills
• Strong written and interpersonal communication skills. Top-notch presentation skills.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
• Ability to develop relationships and collaborate with business leaders across the company, as well as the executive team.
• Highly motivated team player with the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
• Self-starter with experience in a fast-paced, multitask-oriented environment, flexible to changing priorities and multiple tasks within compressed deadlines.
