Responsibilities Include Some Of The Following

• Support to ensure proactive planning, communication and scheduling of a wide variety of events
• Help to coordinate overall event execution
• Brainstorm ideas, visualize and contact vendors for goodies production (for example brochures, leaflets, gifts…)
• Post-event follow-up if needed
• Assist with content creation for all social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and contribute to planning trending social media content
• Assist with administrative tasks as necessary
• Other tasks as assigned

Your Skills and Experience 

• Fresh Graduates or studying in the last year at university in Communication, Marketing, Journalism or related fields
• Work full-time in the office
• At least 6 months of working experience in marketing, event organization, or creative content.
• Have good communication, teamwork and observation skills
